Matters tried by jury and litigated by Attorney Aston range from misdemeanors such as criminal mischief and simple assault to major felonies like possession with intent to deliver, rape, armed robbery, and murder. Attorney Aston has tried enough major felonies to verdict to be "death penalty certified" and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Berks County Bar Associations Criminal Law Section.
