When your freedom is at stake, experience and skill matter.  Attorney Aston spent over a dozen years in the Berks County Public Defender's Office prior to opening his own practice, trying dozens of jury trials to verdict, litigating countless pre-trial motions, and deftly negotiating pleas.  Matters tried by jury and litigated by Attorney Aston range from misdemeanors such as criminal mischief and simple assault to major felonies like possession with intent to deliver, rape, armed robbery, and murder.  Attorney Aston has tried enough major felonies to verdict to be "death penalty certified" and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Berks County Bar Associations Criminal Law Section.
